- Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
- The promoter will inform all participants on updates and changes to the program if and when they come into play.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the reward value. All prizes and battery credits are subject to change/availability. All endeavours will be made to find a replacement product which is sufficiently similar, however replacements may require additional points.
- Goods returned for credit will affect your battery credit status.
- Rewards will only be able to be redeemed when the member's Supercharge Batteries trading account is fully up to date, the member is fully compliant with any applicable trading program and fully supportive of Supercharge Batteries product purchases.
- Reward prizes can only be delivered to a business address between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and NOT to a PO Box or home address. A business phone number should also be provided.
- Rewards, or any unused portion of the reward, is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant as a result of participating in the promotion, or accepting any reward.
- If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
- All disputes regarding the redemption of rewards will be resolved by Supercharge Batteries and Supercharge Batteries's decision will be binding and final.

- Cancellation of the eligibility, or the addition of any participating customer shall be at the sole discretion of the promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter, delete or substitute any Reward Prize with an alternative prize of similar value at any time.
- The promoter reserves the right to remove any account which has been inactive or has not purchased batteries from Supercharge Batteries for a period of 6 months. In this instance all reward points accumulated maybe deleted and the account deemed as inactive at the sole and absolute discretion of Supercharge Batteries.
- The point’s price paid by a member of the SCBADP New Zealand is the published price on the SCBADP New Zealand website at the time of claiming that prize. Any SCBADP New Zealand brochure is NOT the published price and should only be used as a guide.
- There may be Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications and it is recommended that all stakeholders within the program seek their own independent accountant’s advice.
